By mounting the plastic (PBT) Mighty Ace, which has been developed based on the past automation technology and experience, the lightweight and cost-effective automatic valve has been realized.

Since the stem is provided with a flange at the bottom and assembled from the inside of the body, the stem will never pop out even if there is abnormal fluid pressure or loose gland.

At the joint between the body and the body cap, a PTFE gasket seal and a metal touch structure seal are used to protect the PTFE gasket from excessive tightening and side tightening of the body and prevent fluctuations in valve operating torque.

A hole for preventing internal pressure is provided in the joint between the ball and the stem.

A ball seat with filler is installed as standard. PFE (PTFE) containing carbon fiber mixed with PTFE is excellent in abrasion resistance and heat resistance.

Operation method can be changed at the installation site. Automation can be performed easily from manual operation, and in the case of pneumatic operation, a horizontal actuator or a vertical actuator can be selected.

It can be delivered in a short delivery time regardless of whether it is a manual valve or an automatic valve (air type).
